Cancellation Fees

31 days before check-in date: 20%

30 days or less before check-in date: 100%

Refunds

All refunds will paid in South African Rand.

All bank fees associated with paying a refund will be carried by the refunded party.

To facilitate a refund, the following information will be required:

  • Name and last name of account holder
  • Address of account holder
  • Bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Branch number
  • Swift code (for banks outside South Africa)
  • Address of bank receiving the funds

Credit

Outstanding refunds may be used as credit for a different booking at discretion of the lodge's management.
