Mosetlha is family owned and run, a rustic and intimate, unfenced Bush Camp nestled at the very heart of Madikwe. The simplicity of open fire cooking, no electricity, safari showers (with hot water!) and raised wooden cabins let you escape real life for a while to appreciate a genuine bushveld experience.
Our guests have found that the wilderness experience is much enhanced if you can stay for at least three nights. This allows your visit to take place in a totally relaxed atmosphere and for you to see the widest variety of animals.

With the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and both black and white rhino) plus the extremely rare and endangered wild dog and cheetah and almost any other predator you can think of, a multitude of plains game and the latest bird list of 340 species, Madikwe has earned its place as one of the most spectacular game viewing destinations in Southern Africa.
Situated in the Madikwe Game Reserve, access to the lodge is either by road or by air. The reserve is approximately 3,5 hours' drive from Johannesburg, following the route via Zeerust before proceeding north to Madikwe and the Abjaterskop Gate (should you follow the route via Sun City proceed to the Molatedi Gate).
